終於一切都告一段落了!!

第一天的咖啡廳開幕

第一天的學校考試...

whew~~~~~ ^^



八點到校...

開始一切的擺設與準備

雖已在週末學了一些技術，

但卻沒有時間正式嘗試．．

可惜的，

卻把這樣的標準...

獻給了學校首席長官們...

還好從他們的臉上並沒看出太多的失望!

好險~~~



待開幕段落落幕後...

我自己以同樣成分調了一杯

自己感覺不是很好!

所以開始重新品味，

也泡給懿心喝．．．

直到在咖啡專家主任說「很好！就是這味道...」

我才感到有些成就感... CCC



每一段的工作夥伴陸續出現...

我便多了一份管理者的工作...

也多了一份指導者的責任...

主任跟吳sir 給我全權的權利...

讓我去調度對咖啡廳最好的選擇!



雖然才第一天...

但感覺自己的細胞死了好多好多

因為腦筋無時無刻都必須在轉

雖在中午有抽出半小時出來

但繞了學校一圈就是沒胃口....

但還蠻高興的~

看著一天下來...

誇獎多於批評也就安慰了~

不過還是會陸續請教每一位客戶的想法，

這樣才可以讓咖啡廳好再更好嚕！



緊湊的一天...

不過今天也有可觀的收入喔!

營業額有破千元大關喔! ccc~

還莫名的多了五塊錢...

一定要把帳與步驟做好一點兒!!



疲憊了一天！

緊張了一天！

今晚終於可以把這幾天的壓力

短暫的放在衣櫥了！！　

哇哈哈～～～

Had working on the cafe matters for three straigt days...

pressures after pressures,

disappointing after another...

so few hardwares can be supported...

It's all up to us to bring the magic alive~~

Sounds unbelievable...

But just gotta do it!



As for another feeling...

it's not the right time to talk about it!

Maybe it's just an illusion

or it's just a mirage even!!!

Nah~ good things can't be happened!

來自朋友的告知...

要我趕緊去看這次國光幫幫忙的特輯~

因為有 林心如




好感動喔....

原來大家都默默的關心我中...

感動....

又從一早的九點忙到剛剛才會到家~

早上廠商的老闆電給我...

他說願意教我一些泡製咖啡的技巧

或許是被我昨天的好問而打動了吧...

or 良心發現.....

I DON'T KNOW....

二句不說我就跑過去咖啡店了...



陳老闆在數樣的咖啡種類教了我四樣

(一) 美式淡咖啡

(二) 卡布奇諾

(三) 拿鐵咖啡

(四) 摩卡咖啡

哇... 真的好棒~

原來是這樣子的啊!!

呵~



雖沒有薪水...

但這些知識卻是用錢也買不到的!!!

真好~~ 有學到東西!!!
